- Diperlukan 6 bungkus mie goreng (merk apa saja gak harus indomie).
- Gunakan Topping :.
- Diperlukan 3 telur ayam (dadar).
- Gunakan 5 sosis.
- Sediakan 10 chikuwa.
- Diperlukan 10 crab stick.
- Sediakan 1 fish dumpling chesse.
- Dibutuhkan Tusuk gigi.
This one originates from Indonesia - called Mie Goreng or Mee Goreng. It's also pretty common in Malaysia though you'll find the Malaysian version often has a hint of curry. Noodles are life and this Indonesian version, mie goreng, is one of my favorite dishes. I grew up eating the instant noodle version so for me, mie goreng is comfort food, through and through.
Langkah-langkah memasak Mie Goreng Cake / indomie cake
- Rebus semua mie sampai matang.
- Setelah matang, campur rata dengan bumbu boleh tambah cabe bubuk atau saos sambal jika mau pedas.
- Siapkan 2 wadah dengan ukuran berbeda. 1 besar dan 1 kecil.
- Masukan mie ke dalam wadah2, cetak dan padatkan.
- Diamkan kurang lebih 2 jam. Agar mie mengembang dan padat ketika di lepas dari wadah.
- Setelah terlihat padat, keluarkan dari cetakan wadah.
- Tumpuk mie yang sudah di cetak dan tata dengan topping.
- Tusuk2 sebagian topping ke tusuk gigi lalu tancapkan ke mie lalu tata letak nya sampai rapi dan cantik.
- Desain dan bahan2 topping bebas. Sesuai selera. Bisa pakai abon, ayam suwir, tomat, cabe, nugget, dll..
